The NOTOS Retsina is made exclusively from the grape variety Roditis that grows in the semi-mountainous vineyards of the Slopes of Aigialeia.
The selected vineyards of Roditis Alepou and the attention that is paid especially for its careful vinification, give a pleasant and aromatic white wine. We choose to add a very small percentage of the pine’s resin (from Halepi) in the middle of the alcoholic fermentation so that only its most delicate aromatic substances are extracted into the wine.
The NOTOS Retsina is a modern and light white wine full of aromas of white-fleshed fruits and citrus fruits with the background of the refreshing sense that the pine’s resin gives to it. Refreshing and full in the mouth, it accompanies perfectly fried fish, seafood, pulses and the ‘ladera’ of the Greek cuisine (casserole vegetable dishes with plenty of olive oil).
Enjoy it at 12ºC.
