The mountainous Malagousia 10³ 2019 has been awarded a Grand Gold Medal and a Special Trophy as the Best Wine (with the highest score) of all the Greek Wines that participated in the Competition.
International wine competitions held every year in various countries are a great opportunity for wineries to weigh the overall quality of their wines in relation to the global wine competition.
The participating wines are judged on a number of characteristics basing upon internationally recognized objective oenological criteria by a jury of reputable wine experts from various fields (e.g. oenologists, wine critics, sommeliers, etc.).
In each International Wine Competition, a percentage of the wines that take part and which has received a score above the medal performance limit, receives the medals which are usually: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Grand Gold.
The total percentage of medal awarded wines usually does not exceed – according to regulations – 30% of all samples. Almost all the competitions award, as well, special trophies for the best wines per region and for the best wine of the competition, that is, with the absolutely highest score.

This year at the Frankfurt International Wine Competition “Frankfurt International Trophy” our wine:
The mountainous Malagousia 10³ 2019 has been awarded a Grand Gold Medal and a Special Trophy as the Best Wine (with the highest score) of all the Greek Wines that participated in the Competition.
This is a huge success for our winery that at this point constitutes a culmination of a success track – last year’s 2018 harvest in the same Competition won a Gold Medal – and of our constant and tireless efforts for each new harvest to be better than the previous one.
All you have to do is taste it and find out for yourselves!
