For over 40 years, The Wine Advocate magazine of the internationally renowned wine critic Robert Parker has been the barometer on the international wine scene. Every year, wineries from all over the world look forward to receiving the evaluations of their wines by the internationally renowned judges who make up The Wine Advocate’s “Dream Team”.
For the first time, the most prolific wine critic Mark Squires received the Malagousia from our winery. His assessment is available in issue 249 of June 2020, where he notes that:
“This is an interesting and wonderful vision of Malagousia… It is fresh, tightly wound and long on the finish. It projects excellent persistence and reasonable concentration for the grape and style, while still seeming elegant. “
He closes, wondering:
“.. how well it ages. It certainly has good acidic support and balance. You’ ll also like it now, when its freshness will be a fine wake-me-up in summer heat. “
