Maceration at low temperature and subsequent fermentation at moderate temperature of up to 20°C. Separation from the skins with mild pressure and maturation with short- termed micro-oxygenations in the tanks, to enhance the varietal aromas and the freshness of the wine. Bottled under inert gas atmosphere.
