Winemaking
Careful selection of the grapes of the mountainous Roditis, in order to arrive to the winery in the ideal state of maturity and hygiene. Handpicked and transported in small crates. Immediate pressure to receive the free-run must. Fermentation at low temperatures not exceeding the 15°C in the presence of selected pine resin. Bottled fresh under inert gas atmosphere.
Personality
A modern and light white wine with white fruit aromas in the background of the cool sensation of the resin. Dry and refreshing in the mouth, it perfectly accompanies fried fish, seafood, legumes, and greens of the Greek cuisine.
