The white medium-sweet NOTOS is made exclusively from the grape variety Roditis that grows in the semi-mountainous vineyards of the Slopes of Aigialeia.
The careful vinification at low temperatures gives us a white wine with light yellow color and pleasant aroma of citrus fruits and exotic fruits.
The white medium-sweet NOTOS is well-structured, refreshing and lightly sweet in the mouth. It makes a perfect match to salty summer ‘mezedes’ (small dishes, appetizers), light-textured chicken dishes and pasta in sweet-sour sauces.
Enjoy it at 10 – 12ºC.
