The red medium-sweet NOTOS is made from a careful selection of grapes: the mountainous Merlot of the Slopes of Aigialeia and the Agiorgitiko from the region of Nemea.
Its vinification at temperatures that reach up to 20ºC gives a delicious, fruity and modern red wine, which keeps some of its natural sugars, as the alcoholic fermentation is stopped through cooling.
The red medium-sweet NOTOS is a modern and light red wine full of aromas of small red fruits and red flowers. Full-bodied, velvety and delicately sweet in the mouth, it is a perfect match for roasted meat and pasta in sweet-sour sauces.
